Anthony Ford started his sales career with Guardian Royal Exchange in the late 1970s
prior to moving to Litton Industries. In 1985 he joined Euro copy plc and was promoted
to Sales Director within 4 years. He then headed up the Group’s M&A division.
After 9 years with Euro copy, he was headhunted by an exhibition and conference organisation
as Sales Director. In 1998 he was introduced to Dragons Den’s James Caan and joined
Alexander Mann Group as M&A/JV Director until 2001 when Caan sold his interest in
He has since held two Managing Director roles (SMEs) within an Anglo/Australian recruitment
business and a financial restructuring company.
Peter Prestonhas spent the last 25 years successfully starting, building and exiting
medium-sized companies in the technology and media sectors.
Peter started his career in general management running an export agency in the Middle
East selling building materials to Korean contractors and has built and run 3 businesses.
Peter has been a managing director, a sales and marketing director, operations director,
general manager and understands the vicissitudes of running your own business.
Paul Collins qualified as an ACA through BDO Stoy Hayward’s corporate finance department.
Since then he has held senior finance roles in listed companies and SMEs across a
number of different industry sectors.
In addition to developing strong financial planning, management and control expertise
he has continued to use his formal training in M&A and Corporate Finance throughout
his career with involvement in big ticket equity and bank finance raising, acquisitions
and start ups.
More recently Paul has been instrumental in the successful turnaround and disposal
of two significant businesses.
